The Museum of the Great Plains is closed.  We strongly encourage the public to regularly consult Center for Disease Control and Prevention guidance during the outbreak.  Other resources include the Oklahoma State Department of Health, the Comanche County Health Department, and the City of Lawton.  

We will also post updates to our Facebook and Twitter accounts.

Drop in

We’re located at 601 NW Ferris Ave (Lawton OK) in Elmer Thomas Park.  The park is bounded by Cache Rd on the north, 2nd St on the east, Ferris Ave on the south, and Fort Sill Blvd on the west.  We recommend entering at 6th or 7th St & Ferris Ave.
