We've been around since 1961, and people were collecting for us before then.  You wouldn't believe everything that's here.  Archaeology, archives, art, artifacts, and those are just a few of the A's.  Now imagine B through Z.

Please note:  As of June 26, 2026, the museum is no longer accepting appointments for research. We're preparing for a major building renovation that effects all our storage and exhibit areas.  At this time, we expect collections to become available again in April 2028.  

Please note:  Most areas of the museum will close to the public in mid-August 2026 for major building repairs.  We anticipate resuming full operation in April 2028.
