We have a real-live archaeologist at the Museum of the Great Plains, in a section of the building known as the Institute.  The archaeological collection wins the contest for our oldest human-associated objects, as some go back 11,000 years.

You're welcome to visit, but make sure you tell us ahead of time.  We're still collecting, which means the archaeologist might be in a hole somewhere.
